At Habitat Home and Garden, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture or decor in its original packaging and crating to ensure it remains protected during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For small parcels, use the provided prepaid label; for oversized furniture items, we will coordinate a professional white-glove freight carrier to manage the collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
